York Region Health Services Health Connection is a free and confidential link to health services and information in York Region. Programs include, Just for You and Your Baby, Mother Goose, Nobody's Perfect,Parent Child Resource Centre, Young Parents Groups and The Baby Place which are three well-baby drop-in centres throughout the Region offer parents of children from birth to six years an opportunity to talk with a Public Health Nurse about any parenting or child concerns. No cost. No appointment needed.

For over 20 years,Rose of Sharon has been providing services for young mothers in York Region. They offer a range of services to pregnant teens & young mothers under 25. Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS) refers to the sudden and unexpected death of an apparently healthy infant under one year of age. Each week, 3 babies die of SIDS in Canada. Such deaths usually occur while the child is sleeping and remain unexplained even after a full investigation. A non-profit organization which provides moral support and information for parents of multiple births. Our club offers a community service and our purpose is to provide information on multiple births and parenting, as well as a social outlet in which we can share our experiences.
